How to create a way to redeem?

Creating a way for customers to redeem their points lets them turn loyalty into real rewards — like discounts or free shipping. Here’s how you can set it up in BLOY:

Step 1: Open the Points Program

From your BLOY dashboard, go to Points Program.

Step 2: Add a Way to Redeem

Click Add way to redeem and choose how customers can use their points.

You can pick from:

• Amount discount — give a fixed dollar amount off an order.
• Percentage discount — offer a specific % off.
• Free shipping — reward customers with free delivery.
• Free product — let customers redeem a specific item for free.
• Store credit — allow customers to exchange points for credit they can spend later.

Step 3: Customize the Reward

• Enter a Reward name (for example, “$5 Off,” “10% Off,” “Free Shipping,” or “Free Mug”).
• Set how many points are required to redeem it.
• Adjust any additional settings you prefer — such as minimum purchase, redemption limits, or product eligibility.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Click Save — and you’re all set!

Your new redemption options will now appear in the customer’s interface.
