How to customize customer accounts with customer account extension?
Enhance your customers' experience by displaying loyalty information and referral links directly on their account pages. Here's how to set it up in BLOY:
Step 1: Enable App Blocks on Customer Account Pages
- In your BLOY dashboard, navigate to the Branding -> Customer Account Extension settings.
- Ensure that the option to enable App blocks on customer account pages is turned on.

Step 2: Add App Blocks to Customer Account Pages
- Click on Add App Block. This will redirect you to the Checkout editor.
- From the dropdown menu, select the customer account pages where you want to add the app blocks: Orders, Order Status, or Profile.
- Drag and drop the desired app blocks to your preferred locations on these pages.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 3: Customize Widget Block Text
- After adding the app blocks, you can customize the text content of each widget block.
- Edit the text to match your branding and messaging.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Pro Tips
- Strategic Placement: Position loyalty and referral information where customers are most likely to engage, such as on the Profile page or after completing an order.
- Consistent Branding: Ensure that the design and messaging of the app blocks align with your brand's voice and aesthetics.
Troubleshooting
- App Blocks Not Displaying: Double-check that the App blocks are enabled in the customer account settings and that you've saved your changes.
- Incorrect Placement: If the app blocks are not appearing in the desired locations, revisit the Checkout editor and adjust the placement of the blocks.
- Text Not Updating: Ensure that you've saved the changes after editing the widget block text.
