# How to remove BLOY watermark?

You can see the watermark on the Loyalty widget or in emails. If you want to remove them, simply contact our support via or in-app **Live Chat.**
If you’d like to remove it:
* **Upgrade to any paid plan** — the watermark will be automatically removed.
* Or simply **contact our support team** via **in-app Live Chat** or email us at [**support@bloy.io**]() to request removal on the **Free plan**.
