Referral programs are a high-growth engine for your business. By empowering your loyal community to share the products they love, you tap into the most trusted form of marketing: **word-of-mouth.**


### To manage your program effectively, it is important to understand the two roles involved in every successful referral:
* **Referrer** – This is your **existing customer. They act as your** brand ambassador** by sharing a unique referral link** with their personal network.
* **Referee** – The person being referred (a friend). A referee will only receive the reward if they are a **completely new account** — they must not have previously created an account or made a purchase on your store.

* **Promote the Program**: Use email, social media, and your website to inform customers about the referral program.
* **Track Performance**: Monitor referral metrics in **Analysis page** to understand the program's effectiveness by stages (Referral invites → Visitors → Claimed discounts → Orders) to make adjustments as needed.
* **Offer Attractive Rewards**: Ensure the rewards are appealing to motivate customers to participate.
* **Use "Double-Sided" Strategy:** Psychologically, people feel better about referring a friend if they know the friend is also getting an equal deal. It makes the Referrer feel like they are sharing a gift rather than just "selling" to their friends. For example, "Give 200 points, Get 200 points." This creates a mutual win that reduces the "social cost" of sharing.
