Can I set different point values by VIP tier?

Yes. BLOY allows you to assign different point values for the same earning action based on the customer’s VIP tier. This means higher-tier customers can earn more points for the same action.

Currently, tier-based point values are supported for:

Place an order
Celebrate birthday

How to set up tier-based point values

From the BLOY Dashboard, go to Rewards Program > VIP
Select a VIP tier
Under Custom ways to earn points, turn on Allow customers to earn different bonus points for different tiers
Select the earning action you want to configure
You’ll be redirected to the action’s settings page

The Earning settings at the top define the default point value.

Scroll down to the VIP tiers section and enter the points earned for each tier.

Make sure the point value for the lowest tier matches the default value, since customers start in that tier.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Tip: Add a custom perk to each VIP tier to clearly communicate bonus earning benefits (for example, “Earn 2× points on every order”). This helps customers understand the value of moving up tiers.
