How multiple language translation works

BLOY supports multiple languages to help your loyalty program adapt to customers across different markets. If the market language is supported, the translated version is shown. If not, BLOY falls back to your default language.


How to enable multiple language translation

  1. From the BLOY Dashboard, go to Settings
  2. Open Multiple-language translation
  3. Enable Automatically adjust language based on customer’s market


Once enabled, loyalty content will automatically match the customer’s market language.


Customizing Translations

BLOY provides default translations for supported languages. You can also customize translations for individual languages to better match your brand tone or messaging.



Important note about language behavior

BLOY follows Shopify Markets, not Shopify store languages.

If your store switches languages using store language settings instead of markets, loyalty content will not update automatically, even when automatic translation is turned on.
