How the “Leave a Review” action works with Judge.me

When BLOY is integrated with Judge.me, customers can earn loyalty points for leaving product reviews. The reward is granted only after the review is published and meets your reward rules.

Customer flow

When a customer clicks the Leave a review button in BLOY, they are redirected to a collection page. From there, the customer selects a product and leaves a review using the Judge.me review section on the product page.

The review is submitted through Judge.me and follows the publishing rules you’ve configured in your Judge.me admin.

Review publishing settings (Admin side)

In Judge.me, you can choose how new reviews are published:

  • Publish new reviews automatically
  • Publish reviews manually

To configure this, go to Judge.me Admin → Settings → Publishing and moderation → Auto publish reviews.

Tip: Publish reviews manually so you can review content before it goes live. This helps prevent abuse, such as customers submitting low-quality or repeated reviews just to earn points.

How points are granted

Once a review is published, Judge.me sends a webhook to BLOY.

BLOY then checks whether the review meets your reward rules. If eligible, loyalty points are granted automatically.
