How to Send Automated Emails?
Automatically sending emails to customers when they perform certain actions helps deepen engagement and keeps your loyalty program top-of-mind. Here’s how to configure automated emails in BLOY.
Step 1: Access Email Notifications
From your BLOY dashboard, go to Branding → Email Notifications

Step 2: Edit Content and Style
On the left panel, select the action (e.g., points earned, tier upgrade, redemption) you want to trigger an email.
- Edit the email’s subject line, body content, and design in the right panel preview
- Insert dynamic variables if required

Step 3: Insert Variables
Replace placeholders with variables (for example, {{CustomerName}}, {{PointsBalance}}, {{RewardName}}) so that each email is personalized with real-time data.

Step 4: Send a Test Email
Before publishing, click Send Test to verify how the email appears in customers’ inboxes and confirm all variables render correctly

Step 5: Save and Publish
Once you’re satisfied, click Save to apply the changes and begin sending automated emails to customers when the corresponding actions occur
