Importing loyal points from another loyalty program

If you're migrating from another loyalty program, you can easily import your customers' existing point balances into BLOY.


What You Need

To import customers, your CSV file must include two required fields:

  • Email
  • Points

These fields allow BLOY to match customers correctly and assign the appropriate point balance.

How to Import

  1. From the BLOY Dashboard, go to Customers.
  2. Click Import customers.

  1. Upload your CSV file.
  2. Make sure your file follows the same format as our sample file.

Once the import is complete, you will receive an email notification.


After the Import

We recommend checking a few customer records to ensure the imported data matches the information in your CSV file. This helps confirm that all point balances were applied correctly.
