Judge.me Product Reviews integration

The Judge.me integration lets you automatically reward customers with loyalty points when they submit product reviews. This helps increase review volume and customer engagement. Setup is quick and requires no coding.

Before You Start

Make sure you meet the following requirements:

• You’re on the Like a Dream plan in BLOY.
• You’ve installed Judge.me and are using the Awesome plan.

How It Works

When a customer submits a review through Judge.me and the review is published, BLOY automatically adds points to their account. Only reviews submitted after the integration is enabled are rewarded.

How to Enable the Integration

1. From BLOY Dashboard, navigate to **Integrations > Product Reviews > Judge.me and click **Connect.

2.  In the Judge.me authorization page, click Authorize to allow BLOY to access your reviews.
3. After authorizing, return to the BLOY Admin to confirm that the integration has been successfully connected.
4. Next, set up your earning rule by going to Rewards Program > Add way to earn > Leave a review.

5. Enter the number of points you want to award for each review, then click Save.
