Mailchimp is a popular email marketing automation platform that empowers businesses, from startups to enterprises, to build, segment, and engage audiences with targeted campaigns, email automation, and analytics.

By integrating BLOY Loyalty with Mailchimp, you can:

• Send personalized campaigns based on loyalty points and tier status
• Automate emails for referrals, redemptions, and VIP upgrades
• Create segments using loyalty information like points or tier level

Here are the steps to utilize the integration:

Step 1: How to get an API key & Audience ID

Visit the Mailchimp app to get your API key. Please check out these detailed guides:

Step 2: Connect to Mailchimp

From the BLOY Loyalty app, go to Integrations > Mailchimp integration. Enable the feature and enter your API key and your Audience ID in the Connect to Mailchimp section, then click Connect.

If the button says Connected, it means BLOY has successfully connected to Mailchimp.

Step 3: Sync data to Mailchimp

After successful integrating with Mailchimp, click Sync to start syncing data as Mailchimp merge fields and events.

How the integration works

The integration performs two key functions:

1. Synchronize contacts
2. Trigger Events

• When a customer joins the loyalty program and becomes a member
• When a customer earn points through various actions
• When a customer redeem points for discounts

Use case 1: Manage profiles with loyalty program

After connecting, BLOY profiles will be synchronized with your Mailchimp profiles. Based on BLOY properties, you can create Segments in Mailchimp.

Use case 2: Send notifications automatically with Mailchimp

1. Notify when a customer earns points

2. Notify when a customer redeems points
