What’s the difference between Entry Rewards and Perks?

In the VIP tier settings, you’ll see two types of rewards: Entry Rewards and Perks. Both are unlocked when a customer reaches a tier, but they work differently.

Entry Rewards

Entry rewards are unlocked once when a customer reaches a tier milestone.

They are one-time rewards and can only be used a single time.



Perks

Perks are unlocked when a customer reaches a tier and remain available as long as the customer stays in that tier.

Perks can be used multiple times, except free product perks, which can only be used once.

Perks can also be set up as custom perks. Custom perks are displayed as text-only benefits (for example, early access to new collections), do not trigger any automatic actions, and must be managed manually on your end.


Tip: Consider using higher-value rewards for entry rewards, and lighter benefits for perks to avoid impacting long-term margins.
