Here are the steps to utilize the integration:

Step 1: Get an API Key and App Key

To connect Yotpo with BLOY, you first need your API Key and App Key from Yotpo.

1. Log in to your Yotpo Admin Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings > API Credentials
3. Copy your API Key and App Key

Step 2: Connect to Yotpo Product Reviews

1. Back to BLOY, go to the navigation tab, select Integrations > Yotpo Product Reviews.
2. Paste the API Key and App Key that you retrieved from Yotpo.
3. Click Connect and turn on status toggle.

Once connected, BLOY will begin receiving review data from Yotpo Product Reviews.

How the Integration Works

• When a customer leaves a product review on your store via Yotpo, Yotpo sends a webhook event to BLOY.
• BLOY receives the webhook and checks if the review meets your reward rules.
• If eligible, BLOY grants loyalty points to the customer automatically.
• The customer can then redeem these points for rewards in your loyalty program.
