How to create a dedicated loyalty page?


Creating a dedicated BLOY loyalty page gives customers one central, branded place to check their points, browse rewards, and learn how to earn more. Here is how to set it up.


This feature is available on the Launch plan and above.


Steps


Step 1: Open the theme editor
  1. Go to Online Store 
  2. Click Edit theme.


Step 2: Turn on the BLOY app embed
  1. In the theme editor, click the App embeds icon.
  2. Toggle on BLOY Loyalty.


Step 3: Create a template for the page
  1. Select Pages in the theme editor
  2. Click Create template.
  3. Enter a name for your template 
  4. Click Create template again to confirm.


Step 4: Add the BLOY app blocks
  1. Click Add section on the new template.
  2. Add the BLOY app blocks you want to display: Points program, How it works, Ways to earn points, Way to redeem points, Your balance, and VIP program (if you have VIP tiers set up).
  3. Click Save once the BLOY app blocks are added.


Step 5: Create and assign the loyalty page
  1. Go to Pages
  2. Click Add page
  3. Assign it to the template you just created.


Step 6 (optional): Add the page to your navigation menu
  1. Go to Content > Menus 
  2. Add a new menu item linking to the loyalty page.

Once your loyalty page is set up, see the launch checklist for your loyalty program to make sure everything is ready before you launch.


Pro Tips
  • Match your brand: Tweak the block background, button colors, and other elements to match your store's look and feel.
  • Promote the loyalty page: A great page won't help much if no one finds it. Link to it from your navigation menu and footer to boost visibility.
  • Clearly communicate the rewards: In the Ways to Redeem section, name each reward by its value, for example "$5 off" instead of a vague label like "Amount Discount". See how to set up Ways to redeem for more on this!


Troubleshooting

  • Loyalty page not displaying: Confirm that both BLOY Loyalty app embed and Points Program are turned on.


  • App block stuck loading: Look for stray line breaks in the block content and remove them.
