BLOY pricing FAQ
BLOY pricing FAQ
This article answers common questions about BLOY's free trial, billing, and refunds.
Free trial
Does every plan include a free trial?
Yes, every paid plan, Launch, Growth, and Unlimited, includes a 14-day free trial. The trial starts from the date you first subscribe to a paid plan, regardless of which plan you choose. You can subscribe, cancel, or switch between paid plans freely during this window.
Do orders placed during the trial count toward my quota?
Orders placed during your trial are tracked, but they do not count toward your plan's monthly order quota. This means you can fully test BLOY's features without using up your order limit before your trial ends.
Billing and refunds
How does BLOY billing work?
BLOY billing runs 100% through Shopify billing, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice and you do not need to enter separate payment details for BLOY. All plans are priced in USD, regardless of your store's location or currency settings.
What happens if I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?
Shopify automatically calculates the unused portion of your current subscription and applies it as a credit to your account. This credit is applied to a future invoice. Your new subscription starts on the day you change plans, and future charges follow the billing cycle for the new plan. The invoice for your previous subscription remains on its original billing cycle.
Does BLOY offer annual plans?
No, BLOY does not offer annual plans. Launch, Growth, and Unlimited are all billed monthly only.
Does BLOY offer refunds?
BLOY is developed by BSS Commerce, so refund requests follow BSS Commerce's policy. See the refund policy for details on eligibility, the request process, and timelines.
